The only line not written by Matlock being “Stop your cheap comments, we know we're for real." Which was added by Rotten. Matlock combined the two ideas to create the title.

Within a year the Sex Pistols had limped to an end. Glen lifted the distinctive Pretty Vacant riff from Abba's S.O.SĪn original member of the Sex Pistols he was replaced by Sid Vicious in early 1977.
